    I don't know if this will help you, but there is an app that can create a backup of your Help Center - https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/knowledge-base-backup/ Then you still need to import the data though...

    Hi @Carsten,

    With the Knowledge Base Backup, is it possible to download the back-up, then upload it to another Help Center account?

    We will basically have 2 Help Centers (2 accounts), and we are trying to think of a way to have some of our already exsiting sections/article, to be duplicated or copied by the new/other Help Center account.

    Let us know if there are ways to do this.. Thank you!

    There is no easy built-in way to do that. The only way I can see for you to do this is to have a Zendesk Partner help you out and program your way out of it. Or, depending on the number of articles of course, have someone manually copy/paste them?

    Thanks @Carsten for your feedback.  Indeed our current plan is to do the manual copy-paste. Was exploring if there could be other easier options. But yeah, I guess that will be the only workaround for us right now.
