Our Help Center is maintained and managed by a team of people, currently small. I'm interested in any tips from others that have teams to help maintain / manage and how you determine when it is time to grow your team.
Our team spearheads the maintenance and management, but we work across all our clients, departments, and product owners to get the information.
Also, I would be interested in how you maintain the content on your help centers. How often, who is involved, etc.
