Pasting images in guide

Are you straight pasting the image in? In my experience, pasting only works in using html for referencing an image from elsewhere. Otherwise, I have had to upload an image in the editor and then use it in the article.

    Hello Mark,

As Christen offered, uploading the image does give better performance and consistency.  Even though both the drag and drop method as well as the upload method are offered in this article,

I would ask that you try uploading as well and see if that works better for you.

If it does not, feel free to email us as and we can work with you on your account to see what we can replicate and test for behavior.

I had the same issue so uploaded the images properly rather than copying and pasting them. Maybe it is worth considering to disable copy/paste option for the images in an article if it may cause problems later. There is no point really to enable that if the end users are not able to see them at some point. Just suggesting though.
