    +1 for this addition. We recently went through an accessibility audit and this was the only item hurting our score. Seems like a relatively easy addition that would greatly help users with disabilities.

    Hi Frankie,

    Thanks for the feedback. This problem should not exist if you use the integrated experience with the Web Widget. We will hopefully get this resolved for the Chat standalone widget soon, but no specific timeline to share at this point in time.

    Hi all,

    The fix for that Chat standalone widget will begin the ramp up later today and all accounts will have the fix by next Tuesday.
