Right now, we have like an 'Ala Carte' plan.
We have the "Enterprise" plan for Support. ($125.00 / month)
We have the "Premium" plan for Chat. ($55.00 / month)
Total : $720 / month for 4 agents
We were looking at "The Suite" and it looks like its the more logical plan to go to.
We get to have the ENTERPRISE plan with $179 / month.
(Total $716 / month for 4 agents)
Is there any downside?
There is like a "button" to activate the Suite inside "Manage Subscription".
Is it that easy to activate?
Will there be a downtime?
Will we get the same features?
Also, do zendesk have a "chat support"? so we can talk to them directly regarding this?
