    Hi Ngoc -

    To accomplish search across multiple Help Centers, you would need to install a third-party tool such as Algolia. We use this at Zendesk to offer search across our multiple brands.

    As far as the home page, you cannot add new page templates to your Guide theme, so you would need to customize your HC landing page to serve this purpose.

    Hi Nicole,

    Related to this question, if we switch to Guide Enterprise (but sticking with Support professional), can we then have our main KB page contain Categories/Tiles that will lead to other Help Centers? Basically for Enterprise we can have multiple instances right?

    Just not sure if the idea will still work if it's only the Guide that we will upgrade to Enterprise and not Support.

    Hello Lou,

    From what you are describing, you would need to implement your Support and Guide to enterprise to achieve what you described. Due in part to Support only being able to support a single Help Center. Your account manager would be able to explain the differences in further detail, and if there is anything else we can clarify for you, please don't hesitate to ask.
