Is there a way to run a piece of code every time a ticket is closed by the system?
I looked into the Background apps, which can listen to the ticket.saved event, but does this event fire also when a ticket is closed by the standard automation after 4 days it's solved? From the initial tries I've made, it doesn't. I've created a background app that logs in the console everytime a ticket is saved. I installed the app, and I get the log every time I save a ticket, but not when the system closes solved tickets.
I also tried to look into the Zendesk Targets, but the URL I have to call needs a custom header and the URL targets allow you to set a body, not custom headers.
