There are a couple of stats in the Monitor section of the dashboard where it would really help if folks running the shift could click on those numbers to find those exact chats. My use case here is if we're close to breaking our response SLA, a manager can take the longest waiting chat and quickly find an owner for it. The same for longest chat, although it would be nice if that was engagements instead of sessions. The session calculation is almost worthless to us given how sticky the sessions can be.
