We are seeing lots of chats where the agent shows as having left, and it's frustrating our customers. We've deployed a message to the customer, similar to ones I've seen with other Zendesk Chat customers, that lets them know when they've chatted in that you might lose connection, but that someone will pick them back up shortly. This has had a positive impact on the chats rated bad because of this, but is there any way that a different message can be displayed besides 'left the chat'? Like Agent lost connection or something?
Anyone else experiencing this sort of thing?
