We have multiple departments/offices. When viewing online agents, "View all" is not helpful for managing coverage, since it's not easy to tell at a glance how many agents are in x department.
Clicking "View all" pops up a separate window where you can view online agents per department, but it would be great if this was an actual filter that changed the list, instead of being a separate window. A manager shouldn't have to click "View all" and find the relevant department several times throughout the day.
