Banned Visitors list will only display the first 1000 users banned. Recently it was discovered after numerous ticket conversations with Zendesk that our company IP was banned at some point. Because we can see beyond the last 1000 banned IP addresses we didn't realize this. For us to see beyond the 1000 visible bans, we have to generate an oAuth token and follow other steps that require developers at our company to do the work. Not convenient for us and I'm sure other companies that do not have Devs or dedicated Devs for Zendesk.
Request then is to make all bans visible from within Chat for easier and more convenient way to un-ban someone.
