    Hi Kristina,

    Are you using the Android app? Can you let us know what device you are using and what OS version it is using?

    If you are using Android and the OS is 6.0 or higher, you will want to whitelist the app to prevent the device from killing the app connection: https://chat.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/227724388-Disabling-push-notifications#topic_y3l_nt1_jx

    Is there anything I need to do to improve the app on this device?

    Are you using the new version of the app that we released on Monday? If not, can you update the app and let me know if the issue got any better? Going from a push connection to a live connection (when you open the app) will always trigger a reconnection sequence but you are still online and the widget status on your site should be online.
