    Hi Kristina,

    Thank you for writing in. To track and record information about your visitors who do not initiate chat, may I suggest exploring site tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap. This is not part of our roadmap in 1H 2018.

    I'm also looking for a feature related to this. We need to see how many visitors who got a proactive message did not end up chatting with us. We trigger and auto-tag them, but once they've left the site without replying to the chat we have no record of them anywhere. It would be great to have that information available so we can properly track conversions!
