    Hi Chris,

    Making Message more integrated with the rest of Zendesk products is certainly on our radar. However, due to the complexity, we are not able to provide a timeline at the moment. With that said, I can assure you that this is definitely on the radar and is being actively tackled.

    Hi Dylan,

    We have no plans for the next 6 months to add this functionality to the Message product. We are looking at better integrating messaging channels into the Chat and Support products in the long term.
