Not getting mobile notifications - really need multiple device login
PlanifiéeI have been missing some incoming chat notifications on my phone. I think this is due to the clunky way that we are unable to be logged in on both a web browser and a mobile device (some of the time). Sometimes you're able to get away with it, but other times they boot each other out, and it's unreliable. When can we expect to have this work the same way Facebook, Gmail, so many other apps work where you aren't constantly booting yourself out of one device if you are logged in with another? This would really improve our ability to always be connected to our clients.

Thanks for sharing your feedback and apologies that you are running into this sub-optimal experience.
Good news is we are very close to supporting true multi-sessions for mobile and desktop. It will support two mobile sessions and one desktop session and for the first couple of months it will be for the Android app while we update the iOS app to support it.
We will update you here once it becomes available on Android (hopefully by next month).

No problem! The reason why the iOS app will take longer is due to the fact that we are currently redesigning the whole app. I will hopefully update you in a couple months with good news :)
