Hi, I was wondering if there could be a chat bubble/preview to see what customers respond before jumping into a chat.
Because we have several triggers that customers often respond to believing I suppose they need to respond to it. For example, "Would you like to chat with one of us" and they reply "no" and because we can´t see it, we jump into the chatroom and then things get weird...and often you write "okay! have a good day!" and then leave the chat. Then they respond. You do not know of course what they write. So you jump in again to read. "Ok. you too!". And then you are like oh man..Should I write something and then you feel forced to because the user sees that you jumped in. And then its like "Yeah you too!" and then you jump out. And then they are like oh wait maybe i did have a question. But by that time, you are like man should I really jump into this chat request again? And then you kinda just sit back with anxiety...and decide to jump in. By that time, the user thinks your completely crazy for going in and out a chat room.
