I'd love to see Zopim mimic Zendesk's Dynamic Content functionality.

In Zendesk, content can be created in multiple languages (variants) of the default language, that is then be used in Macros (Shortcuts in Zopim). The system recognizes the end-user language and automatically uses the content of that particular language when the macro is initiated. 

In Zopim, a separate Shortcut needs to be created for each language. The agent then needs to remember to manually reference the correct Shortcut for the language of the end-user. This is pretty clunky.
