Hi Zendesk team, Zendesk users,
we are considering which chatbot to get started with, so many options out there, any considerations that can help us make an informed choice? What would be the top 3-5 criteria for decision making? How do the 3 bots recommended by Zendesk measure up to these criteria? what about other ones out there (dialogflow, botsify, ...)
