Looking for help on Zendesk Messages.
What we are trying to do is integrating Line&Messenger with Dialogflow. If there is a fallback, we transferred all the users' messages to Zendesk Messages.
However, in Line's case, even though the signature is correct, Zendesk Messages kept replying "invalid events" ( code 200) to our server. Does anyone have any similar problems before? How to deal with this kind of sitaution.
Does anyone know how Zendesk check the details (fields) of our messages that we sent to Zendesk
