We are developing a bot that a visitor would speak to before being handed over to a live agent. Therefore we would need the functionality from the API to send a message from an agent to a visitor.
My understanding, from this post -https://chat.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360001435887-About-Chat-Bot, is that this functionality is not available yet but is being worked on.
Is this correct and is it possible to get a beta version of the API while it is being developed?
