    Hey Omkar,

    Unfortunately Chat does not currently support that same Global OAuth method that is available in the Support product. This has been brought to the attention of our Chat team as a suggestion for implementing in future iterations of Chat. 

    If you would like, we can bring this into a ticket to discuss possible solutions to work around the limitation.

    Hi Michael,

    So if I have a domain and a subdomain and I use the same chat account. Will the session of the conversation be lost if the user starts the conversation in the domain and then by navigation goes to the subdomain?
