Chat satisfaction rating missing from ticket.
Hi there,
I've been searching for a couple of days now on how to fix this / find a solution. None of the customer satisfaction ratings recorded in chat are being transferred over into the ticket, thus making the reporting of customer satisfaction in gooddata nonexistent.
I have my dashboards set up with the stats that I want to see, I currently have to use the analytics which is far from ideal since I have to navigate away from my main data point.
Any help is greatly appreciated as I've been pulling my hair out on this quest.

Can you please confirm if this option is enabled on your Support settings?
