    Hi Charles,

    Thank you for writing in. Zendesk has a product called Zendesk Embeddables which might be able to help you out. 

    You can give it a try by accessing this link - and clicking on Help. It provides an option to type in your queries and shows you the relevant content. If the content is not what the user is looking for, they can initiate a chat. 

    We would love to hear from you whether this solution worked or how can we help you further.

    Wow, that is cool and yes, that would be something that I can see using.  However, my original intent was to have someone (inside of chat) to type in keywoards and it automatically takes them to the help center.  Much like this did, but inside of a chat box.
