    Hi there Viktoria,

    Thanks for your question. Currently, it isn't possible to do it on a account level but it is possible on a department level.

    You can do it with department schedules by creating multiple schedules for that department. Lets say you work 9-12 and 3-6 for a specific Sales department.

    You would create two schedules for that Sales department, one being 9-12 and the second being 3-6. The widget will then show that there is a gap on that day where the department is offline.
