When using the drill-through feature, one can choose the elements displayed (through chart configuration --> drill-through). The selection is from a pre-made list of attributes.
The list of elements available is limited to a set of attributes created by Zendesk Explore.
The elements available are all attributes including the calculated attributes.
Specifically, The most important element that is missing right now is a clickable link to a ticket on Zendesk (it's already an attribute that was added manually as a calculated attribute). It would be great if we could be redirected to a Zendesk ticket page through the drill-through feature.
