Agent to Agent Chat History for Admins Only

I know this isn't possible at the moment but would like to suggest something for in the future.
A History of private chats between other agents which only admins can view.
Our selling agents don't work in the same office and they are based around the UK and over seas. it is so quick to chat rather than pick up the phone to other team members through Zendesk Chat. Unfortunately chat's between other agents do not save and it would be good to view historic chats in case it was ever needed.
We can use email but for quickness agents use chat as team members are their to be contacted instantly with a click of a button

Thanks for your feedback. I agree that saving agent to agent chat in history would be good. This is not on our current 6-9 months roadmap but we will update you when we do this enhancement.

Is this a feature that we can look forward to see coming soon?
We have agents that work at different sites and need to be able to monitor any chats that they may be having between themselves. From speaking to Zendesk I understand we can't even pull this from the API .
This would be a brilliant feature to have so can monitor any risk with these chats, provide feedback on the nature of the chats/training

Hi Dawn,
Currently, we have no plans to offer this functionality. If this is important for your business, you may want to use a tool like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
