    Hi Major,

    I wanted to connect back on your feedback about agent permission regarding tags post chats. We recently released a feature in Premium (legacy) and Enterprise plans that allows you to customize agent permission. As part of this you can also provide permission to agents so that can update tags from the History section for the chats that have already ended. You can find more about the feature here

    Hi Major,

    Thanks for your feedback about enabling agents to add/edit tags after visitor has left. We are going to work on configurable permissions soon and we will keep your feedback in mind while scoping the project. I can't promise anything right now but we will update you once we have more details.
