Time Format to include seconds

I would like to suggest that the time format on the chat be changed to include seconds. Currently, I cannot see exactly how long it took between the time a customer asked a question and then logged out - it shows one minute but it could have been a matter of 2 seconds so the accuracy is not 100%.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Currently, you can get the second based information in the CSV export of the chat details (including first response time from the agent). Can you let us know why you need this information during a chat vs. looking at that data in the export? How does having that information help you better serve the visitor/customer or manage your agents?

Thank you so much – I did ask on your chat support if this was possible to which they responded that it wasn’t and advised that I leave a suggestion.
I will have a look now at what you suggested and let you know if I don't come right.

Not a silly question. After you check some or all the chats via the checkbox, you should see a button called 'Actions'.

Hi, is it possible to display the seconds in the agent chat console as well during the chat session with the customer? We have set KPI/goals for agents and will be helpful for them if they can see that during the conversation itself. Thanks
