I've recently started experimenting with automated messages using triggers - this is a great feature that I've used successfully with other chat applications. One thing that seems to be missing, though, is some analytics around what percentage of visitors respond to an automated message. For example, if I knew that only 1% of my automated messages were leading to chat sessions, I might change the words or approach of the automated message. Right now I can't tell if my visitors are reacting negatively or positively because I don't know how many visitors are getting triggered and how they respond to those triggers.
