Most other chat providers allow you to customise the questions you ask from a user before they begin the chat session and also the follow up questions you ask them at the end of the survey.
Before the chat survey we would like to gather information from our users about their problem, we are using the department function to do this currently but this is not a long term solution due to us being multibrand.
We would also like to ask specific questions when a chat has finished rather than just allowing a user to leave a comment. Questions such as whether they feel their issue has been fully resolved in the chat session
