Hello dear zendesk,
I'd like to report following issue:
When user ends ongoing zendesk chat session some responses are being receied afterwards.
Steps to reproduce
- start new chat session
- send some message
- end chat session
- wait for it
- response from the agent comes into the ended session
User is not supposed to receive any responses if a chat session has been ended.
Response from the agent comes into a chat session which is supposed to be ended.
I would like to use endChat api method in order to end chat session from the client side.
