    Hi Rovi! 

    When you're using the native Chat widget, there isn't a way to add additional fields to the pre-chat window.

    However, if you were to use the Web Widget instead, you'd be able to include up to two custom fields to the widget. The Widget integrates with Chat, and also gives you the option to deflect users to related Guide articles if you wish.

    I'm afraid I don't have a live web widget that I can show you, but here is an article that walks you through all of the steps to customize the web widget. Hopefully that helps!
