As a long time Zendesk Chat user (under its previous name as well) I am finding myself increasingly looking for ways for our team to be more efficient. Therefore I'd be interested to know the ways that other users of the platform use shortcuts efficiently without the benefit of WYSIWYG formatting.
Personally I have gone from having lots of shortcuts to just a few because they are difficult to manage and without the benefit of rich formatting find myself reducing the amount of text included. I'm sure others have better ways to overcome this so would love to hear any feedback and insight.
