I have a custom Google Chrome extension that we use internally for use across multiple websites. One use case that I have is that when on a zendesk ticket we click the button and it opens the corresponding order on our order software. I am currently doing it using the email address field on the zendesk ticket. Ideally, I would like to use the actual order number from the order number field (custom field). However, when I tried accessing the value in that field I am unable to. I know this would be possible via making a custom ZenDesk app. But my use case is fairly simple so don't want to go through all that trouble for this.
Please see attached image of what I am referring to. As you can see in the HTML the input field is blank even though there is a value there.
Any help is appreciated.
