Chat Widget
Hi.
I have been trying to test the Chat Widget in my portal. Once I fill in all the details and try to submit it, there is an error showing up saying that "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."
Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi Kinjal,
Can you share a link where your widget is located so we can investigate further? Currently, there is no known issue or system availability issues that would cause this type of error.

Hey Ramin,
Thanks for getting back. I am sorry but I accidentally wrote Chat Widget. I was actually talking about the support widget. Please find the attached picture.
So if I try to submit this, I get the error message.

Can you send an email to support@zendesk.com with the URL where the widget is located and the team will investigate this further for you.

same problem here - the answer given by support@ doesn't solve this issue.
