Reporting on # of tickets closed and # of tickets assigned each month in Explore
Hello all,
Here is the report Im trying to accomplish:
On a month to month basis a report on each agent and/or for each department the # of tickets closed in a particular month and number of tickets assigned in a particulate month. The # of tickets closed would be for any ticket actually closed during that month, no matter the date of the original assignment. The # of tickets assigned would be for any ticket assigned to that agent during that month no matter the date of closure.
I see there are metrics for each but the problem is finding a date attribute that would address these to events in the same report. I am using in columns section: Update-Month and in the rows section: Update-Year but if I run reports individually for each metric the numbers dont match those on the report that combines the two metric
Thoughts or ideas would be appreciated

Hi Bill,
In this type of query, you should be able to use both metric regarding Ticket Closure and Ticket Assignment using the Update Month and Update Year as both metrics should count Update IDs that will then be filtered for only the IDs happening on specific period.
