I think it would be great if we can customize the ticket ID format so it's not only numbers. For example, we can add a two-letter prefix so Ticket 2233 becomes Ticket ABC2233. We're going to bring in another, unrelated ticketing system and this would reduce confusion for end users that have to work with both.
It could also help an MSP that is using a single Zendesk ticketing instance to handle many clients as each ticket can be custom-labeled for easy tracking.
