    Hi Cécile,

    This is a great question! You'll most likely need to create a custom metric that reports on the time between ticket creation and outbound call. I would recommend taking a look at the following support tip: Insights recipe: Duration between two or more ticket events in minutes

    While I can't assist with creating custom metrics on my end, hopefully the above documentation will help get you started. I'll also leave this post open in case other users have a solution for you.
