I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but when viewing closed tickets they accumulate along the header of the support instance. If you do not close them as you view them they then form into this "more" drop-down list.
I am not sure how many this list can contain but I currently have to start manually "X-ing" out of each ticket or else the instance begins to slow down. Very frustrating when trying to comb through tickets for reporting...
Is there anyway to bulk exit from those tickets does Zendesk have such functionalities or is there any application which provides this service?
This is not an issue an automation or trigger can fix as those impact tickets not the infrastructure of the instance itself.
