Zendesk does not create ticket for older than 1-week Facebook comments

    That is expected behavior. The Facebook integration only pulls in comments from standard wall posts for one week after the post's creation. Comments added after that point are not carried over to the original ticket, nor they create a new ticket in your account.

    The thread you linked to is a product feedback request; I see that you added your comment and vote. If others need this, you're encouraged to post and vote there as well. 

    Some users have indicated to us that they've used the Project App to create tickets for each comment that comes in. Here is the thread where that has been discussed:
