It would be very desirable to implement a feature that allows to disable the automatic user creation via cc eMail in Zendesk (Support). However, this must be done separately from the general automatic user creation via eMail (sender) because the automatic user creation is absolutely necessary for senders of eMails.
Often there are persons in cc who have been taken into cc by the inquirer, but do not need a user in our Zendesk. By switching off the cc option for automatic user creation, we want to avoid more and more (unneeded) users in Zendesk over time. It would be necessary to have such an option in the settings.
