When will we see Deeper Integration with Teams?

    Hi Jon, 

    I checked in with the product manager for the Slack integration, and this was his response: 

    "We currently have no plans on the roadmap for Teams support, but it’s definitely on our radar and we know it’s the main Other workplace chat product. We’re investigating how we could go about additional integrations like this."

    So there's no specific timeline, but it is something they're looking into. 

    If other users are interested in seeing an integration with Teams, please up-vote Jon's post and share your details about how you would use such an integration and what impact it would have on your business in the comments below.

    Hi Jon,

    Just to clarify - the Side Conversations Product currently doesn’t have plans to integrate with Teams but we have an existing integration that you can use for integrating Microsoft Teams with Support.

    Hi David - I already use the current method of viewing ZD Views in Teams, which is great, but I see this as simply surfacing ZD data in Teams, rather than actual integration, unlike the work with Slack you're doing.

    Office 365 is such an integral part of our business, with so many tools talking now to each other and sharing information, I fear that if Microsoft produces a compelling Service tool, Zendesk simply won't be imbedded in our infrastructure enough to make us think twice about moving to another ticketing system.
