Default outbound call number for callback function

    Holger, the link you posted pertains to having "default outbound selections per group membership," which I also admit would be extremely useful for our case.  

    Lisa's request is to allow callbacks from a customer who elects to not wait on hold call from a specific number.  In the image she posted, this is doable in the widget, but is not doable inline in a normal telephone call flow (the number from Zendesk's callback will ALWAYS be the last number in the leg of the call).  

    100% advocate for this.  It's a must have (and it already exists in other corners of the product)!
