    I agree that this should be easier.

    The most straightforward way is using a customer list. Here you can easily create a user list filtered on agent role.

    Unfortunately, this is an add on to the Professional and Enterprise plans, so may not be available to you.

    There are also user export options. You should find you can export users and light agents will all have the same custom role ID. Bit clunky but should work.

    There is also the API , but that is even more clunky.

    Finally, just for visibility, we sometimes suffix the light agent name with '(LA)'. That makes it clear in Support that you are looking at a light agent. But it is easy for that to be omitted or changed, so you cannot fully rely on it.
