WYSIWYG Editor Copy-Paste is broken

    We are experiencing this as well.

    In the last week or so, there have been several instances where we have been unable to paste copied text in our response box. Pasting the same copied information in any other text field works as expected.

    We have noticed that pasting multiple lines of text seems to work more consistently however this sometimes results in only pasting the newlines from the copied text.

    Refreshing the page sometimes fixed the issue.

    Same thing is happening to all of our users,

    Copy pasting only works when copying from a browser tab, but not from external sources, like a text editor, word documents, etc.

    Thank you once again for your ongoing patience during the time that this behaviour has been investigated by our engineering team.

    I would like to let you know that this issue should not be encountered anymore, as our colleagues have released a patch that addresses this very behaviour.

    Our engineering team dug into this and released a patch earlier this morning. Please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser, and then let us know if you are still seeing issues.
