    Hi Yanni, 

    I'm sorry to hear that your support experience hasn't been great so far.  I don't work for Zendesk, but can help you make contact.  This thread has been escalated up for someone to check in with you. 

    In addition, Zendesk has their support numbers listed on their Contact page which you can use to get some faster phone support.

    Thanks, guys for helping out! I don't want to use the contact form, no one will reply anyway.

     

    I want to connect our company's Zendesk with our customer database so that we can see some of the user's plan information on the dialogue page.

     

    Also, we'd like to add a notification like this after the user submits a ticket. A page like this:

    Please help me.

    Hey Yanni,

    For pulling your customer's information into your Support account, you'll want to look into our Custom Objects API which I've linked for you.

    As for adding a notification after the user submits a ticket, you'll most likely need to set this up by using custom code within your Guide theme. While I'm not able to assist with any sort of custom code, we do have some great documentation available that may help:
