How do we know which temporal filter to tick for filtering a report?
Actually i did a chart that looks something like the following:
I have on my dashboard a filter by Date. For now, I have no success to filter my report.
When I try to modify the filters, I don't know which one I should apply:
My report concerns the total time spent per ticket per agent and I want to filter by date.
i creater the request in Support Ticket Updates [HUMANE SI].

Thanks for posting on our community! If you want to set up a time filter in the dashboard from a query filter using Update - Date, the one you want to check is called Ticket Updates Ticket Updated At. I've highlighted it on your screenshot. The name is so long it will often get cut off.
It is a little confusing by the listed names, and I am sorry for that.
