Our service creates tickets in Zendesk which are related to a specific review that a company has recently received and our Zendesk support app allows you to reply to that ticket in a variety of ways.
It's possible then when using the search feature in Zendesk to return a set of tickets that our service has created and then to select and bulk edit those tickets, for example searching for a list of tickets where the reviewer left no review comments but a 5 star rating.
I would like to be able to inject our Zendesk support app at the bulk edit point, the app would be able to read the selected tickets and then allow for the client to post reply to multiple tickets/reviews (that was selected for a bulk edit).
On the Zendesk support ticket for this feature, the agent has suggested using the Search API endpoint and Update Many Tickets API endpoint. I can see that my desired functionality would be achievable using the Search API however this would mean building a search and ticket selection functionality into my app and then using the functionality to search and bulk edit would need to be done within the context of a single ticket and all inside of the app side bar which I imagine would be confusing for end users.
