    You cannot base a trigger on a named user account.

    Instead, create a custom user field. For example,  a checkbox 'Send Salesforce Target' and associate a tag with the field.

    Now in your trigger you can build a trigger if the checkbox is set against the user:

    You can now just use one trigger for multiple customers based on their custom setting.
