As an agent you cannot view the queues they're in or see when you've moved to another queue. We do a lot of re-balancing and moving around to deal with incoming chat spikes. Our agent assignments queue also change weekly. This is ultimately a two part request-
1. Right now it's presently quite difficult for an agent to confirm they are in the correct queue. They must open Team > View All, then expand and scroll through each queue looking for their name.
A simple tag at the top of the page near Home might be a good place for listing which queues the active agent is assigned to.
Otherwise being able to search all agents and view their present queue could be beneficial.
2. When a manager or shift lead moves an agent to another queue there is also no form of notification, log, sound, etc. to track the change and notify the user they've been moved.
Recent web activity would be a great place to add some kind of notification, but a queue assignment change sounds would be the most helpful.
